Reserve Tracker

Reserve Tracker is a scheduling application built and operated by 153 Fish LLC, a software consultancy in Tennessee, under agreement with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Reserve.

Volunteer deputies use it to sign up for shifts, record the hours they work, and see who else is on duty with them. Administrators use it to staff events and report on hours served. Accounts are issued by the reserve to its own members.

There is no public sign-up. The application is not offered to anyone outside the reserve, and it is not a service members of the public are expected to use.

Deputies who choose to receive them get short text reminders about shifts they have already signed up for. Consent is given by the deputy inside their own account and can be withdrawn at any time. There is no marketing, and nothing is sent to anyone who has not asked for it.
