Terms of Service

Reserve Tracker is provided by 153 Fish LLC for volunteer deputies of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Reserve. Accounts are issued by the reserve. There is no public sign-up, and the application is not offered to anyone outside the reserve.

Accounts are personal. Sign-in details should not be shared, and a lost or compromised account should be reported to the reserve so it can be disabled.

A deputy is responsible for keeping their own contact details accurate. A reminder cannot reach a number that is out of date.

Text reminders are optional and are only sent to deputies who have agreed to receive them. Agreement is given by the deputy on their own profile page and can be withdrawn at any time, either there or by replying STOP to a message.

Message frequency depends on how often a deputy signs up for shifts — at most two per shift. We do not charge for these messages; message and data rates may apply from the deputy’s own carrier.

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. Delivery depends on mobile networks outside our control, and a deputy remains responsible for the shifts they have signed up for whether or not a reminder arrives. The schedule in the application is the authoritative record.

The application is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. It depends on third-party hosting and messaging providers, and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

The roster carries the contact details of fellow deputies. Those details are for reserve business only and should not be copied, published, or used for any other purpose.
