Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Reserve — operated by 153 Fish LLC. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Who this covers
Reserve Tracker is the scheduling application used by volunteer deputies of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Reserve. It is operated by 153 Fish LLC on the reserve’s behalf. Accounts are issued by the reserve; the application is not open to the public and has no public sign-up.
What is held
For each deputy with an account:
- Name and badge number
- Email address, used to sign in
- Mobile number, where one has been provided
- Shifts signed up for, and hours recorded
- Training records
- Serial numbers of department-issued equipment, where recorded
- Whether the deputy has agreed to text reminders, and the date and time they agreed
Administrative actions — creating an account, editing a shift, changing a record — are logged with who did them and when.
What it is used for
Running the reserve’s schedule: publishing shifts, recording who has signed up, tracking hours and training, and producing reports for the reserve’s own administration.
For deputies who have agreed to them, mobile numbers are also used to send shift reminders. Nothing here is used for marketing.
How long it is kept
For as long as the deputy holds an account with the reserve. When an account is removed, its record is removed with it.
Consent records are kept while the account exists, so that consent to receive messages can be shown to have been given.
Your data
A deputy may ask what is held about them, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for their mobile number to be removed. A deputy can also stop text reminders themselves at any time — by replying STOP to a message, or by clearing the agreement on their profile page.
